If your phone is still turning on, uncheck the preloader partition. Only flash the preloader if your phone is completely dead.

A scatter file (typically named MT6769_Android_scatter.txt ) is a configuration document that acts as a for your device's memory partitions. When you flash firmware (stock ROM) onto a MediaTek device, the flashing tool cannot guess where to place the bootloader, kernel, or system data. The scatter file tells the tool exactly which memory addresses belong to which partition.
This is almost always a driver issue. Open Windows Device Manager, reconnect your turned-off phone while holding the volume keys, and look for "MediaTek USB VCOM" or "Preloader" ports. If it shows a yellow triangle, reinstall the VCOM drivers.
